I came back home from London a week ago. It was an amazing ten days filled with exploring, wandering, shopping, eating, drinking, city life, wildlife – adventure! Now that I am home though I am taking my time to enjoy the beautiful autumn, Sweden is an amazing place to experience this season 🙂

I love autumn and I love the clothes and the fashion that comes with it 🙂 Today I decided to embrace the new season even if the temps were a little bit above average.

Bought a new bikini the other day, because FINALLY I was able to find one that was to my liking in my own town! 😀 When it comes to swimwear, I just absolutely love that retro feel with high waists and polkadots and whatnot! 😉
This one “Gisele” from Monki is absolutely to die for, I got the one to the left. Obviously 😉
However I still have a crush on the cherry one that I blogged about a few months ago… I have also found new crushes over at Modcloth – it’s dangerous for my economy to visit that site at all, really… They also seem really good at providing plus sized models (at least for the bathingsuits). Anyhow, here are two of my new crushes:

Today I had some time to myself and I was really in the mood of fetching my camera and get out in the sunlight to see if I could get some nice pictures. The only problem is that I couldn’t really remember anymore how to shoot with strong backlight from the sun without ending up with bright surroundings and a dark motif. Solution? Google. Oh, how I love you sometimes Google..
I surfed around and checked out different tips and instructions and then I went out to try out my new found knowledge. After a while I decided I had enough pictures and went inside to edit them (if you’re looking for a good online-photoeditor I can recommend iPiccy and FotoFlexer).
And here is the result of today’s little outing 🙂

It’s been a weird day weather wise. I woke up with the sun shining in my eyes and then a few hours later it started to rain, then it turned into a light drizzle and now the rain has stopped and the sun his shyly hiding behind some thin clouds. I’m just starting to wonder if summer is ever going to show up? I think the little (huuuge) may-bug on my window pane is thinking the same thing… he’s been sitting in one spot the whole day (probably hiding from the rain).
As my post the other day might’ve indicated I really love music and I’m always on the hunt for new great music. So I thought I’d share with you some music that I’ve recently discovered 🙂 I’m also throwing in some pics of my outfit today, I bought a new shirt last week and I’m in love with it!
I love this new loosely knitted sweater, perfect for the summer. Also I like how the lipstick sorta makes it all pop 🙂

Been away this weekend and I’ve had a lot of fun, meeting friends and family that I haven’t seen in a while. I managed to snap some photos of what I wore with my new phone (that I absolutely love!).
Borrowed my cousin Tabita’s new dress one day and went a bit of indian-style with feathers in my hair and moccasins on my feet. 😉
And this is what I wore today, a very different style but I am in love with both of the outfits. 😛
I know I haven’t blogged for weeks but I think I’m in the mood for blogging again now 😀 Though I won’t have as much time as I did before because I’ve begun working at a daycare recently (which I absolutely love doing!!), so I will blog when I have the time and when I feel like I have something to say or show and yeah.. 🙂
Now I’m heading off to bed since I start early tomorrow morning. Gotta get my sleep if I’m to take care of a bunch of three-year olds! 😉

I’m baaack! Have you missed me? 😉 These past few days I’ve been taking a little break from everything. Just been reading, talking lots with my very good friend and yeah.. just relaxed 😛 But I felt a little sorry for those of you whose been coming here to read a new post and instead you’ve been staring at the same one for days ^^
Today was a pretty dull day weather-wise but I snuck out in the chill and took some photos of my clothes today. I spent most of the day at the daycare I’m starting at on Monday – the staff seems really nice and the kids were lovely, by the time I left they were clambering onto me and hanging from my legs begging me to stay 😛 Which I suppose is a positive sign 😉 So I’m really looking forward to begin there!
Dare say no to winter! 😉

Yeah. It’s true. I love cherries. On clothes, to eat, to look at – however I hate cherry candy. Blergh! Anyway, that was not what I was going to talk about. What I was going to say is that I’ve started to look for bikinis/swimsuits for the oncoming summer (yes, I know there’s still at least four months left until we Swedes will be crowding the beaches) because I feel like I want to have that sorted out well before summer has arrived.
I hate running around like a maniac in the stores looking for something I like, most of them are ugly/boring and the ones that are actually nice – everyone else has already been thinking the same. And excuse me for not wanting to look like a zillion other blondes that will adorn our beaches, but I don’t.
So – I’ve been surfing around a little looking for swimwear. I wanted it to be something that, the instance I saw it, would feel like it was made for me. I have a weakness for 50’s clothing in general but I really love the kind of swimwear they used to wear back then. And I actually found some p-retty gorgeous ones! They are a bit pricey though… but I am thinking that maybe it could be worth it? If it is something that I will use for years to come? Instead of buying ten different ones (that’ll amount to more than this price) and not be happy with any of them.
Ghahh.. drool! And I am not talking about that pin-up model.
I love high waisted bikinis, however I can’t help feeling that the piercing is ruining the impression. Haha 😛
I love the cherry print, but this polkadot one seems to have a higher waist – which is what I’m looking for in a two-piece.
The model sure makes a difference in first impressions.. but I still love the cherry swimsuit more!
All of these swimsuits are almost 60£ each… is it offensive to spend 120£ on swimwear..? Hahahahh xD ‘Cause I want the polkadot bikini and the cherry swimsuit. *starts counting on my fingers*

Been busy all day, finally home for some rest 🙂 I was rummaging through my closet (read: floor) today and by accident I made up an outfit that I must say, I am quite pleased with 😀
